However, everything changed when I welcomed a German Shepherd puppy named Oakley into my life at the age of 17. Oakley not only inspired the name of my business but also became my steadfast companion as I trained her to assist me with my severe anxiety and POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome).
The training journey I embarked on with Oakley was both challenging and rewarding, igniting a deeper passion in me for canine behavior and training. Along the way, I sought knowledge from numerous trainers, attended seminars, and enrolled in Animal Behavior College (ABC), where I gained invaluable experience working with a diverse array of dogs.
